Paint Protection Installer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Must have at least 5 years of GCC middle east experience in the nature of the job.
• Can work with minimum supervision. Understand and follow what’s prescribe by Supervisor.
• Capable in cutting window film patterns as per requirement, unblemished window film installation, always establish a high satisfaction job from customer service, ensures 100% compliance with company’s guidelines which conform to the policy

Responsibilities:

• Inquire which window film (tint) to be installed on the car or based it on the job card written by the salesman
• Check the availability of the film before installation. If the film is not available, immediately inform the salesman for a possible reinstatement.
• Inspect the window for possible scratches or dents and mention them in the job card or call the attention of the salesman and report it.
• Clean the window thoroughly prior to installation .
• Prepare and cut the portion of the film needed to be installed. .
• After installation scrutinize the installed film for possible bubbles and rectify immediately
• Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety & time sensitivity a priority.
• Educate customers on how to care and maintain film after each installation.
• Assess warranty work and requirements
• Place job card inside the car or return it to the salesman for billing.
• Obtain technical advice as and when necessary.
• Maintain clean and tidy at the workplace.
• Ensure health and safety requirements while performing duties.
• Ensures all tools and materials used are kept after work and maintain them.
• Perform other duties which are assigned by the immediate supervisor
