FACILITY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• IFMA’s Certified Facility Manager (CFM) AND Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
• NEBOSH/IOSH (especially for roles with strong HSE focus)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities across the facility.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including the maintenance of MEP services, fire & life safety systems (FFA), soft services, and security.
• Supervise grounds maintenance and ensure all areas are clean, safe, and functional.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, as well as local and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, manage sub-contractors, and negotiate service contracts to ensure performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Operate and maintain Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track asset performance and maintenance activities.
• Support leasing operations and coordinate with clients and property teams to manage tenancy and facility needs
• Oversee the preparation and review of BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for minor works and projects, including securing client approvals.
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations, particularly in high-demand environments.
• Monitor budgets and cost control measures for operational efficiency.
