Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or higher with NCII Certificate
  • Must have at least 3-year related work experience in assisting skilled workers (carpenters, welders, electricians, etc.)
  • Physically fit (lifting 50+ lbs, standing long hours)
  • Willing to work outdoors in various weather

Responsibilities:

  • Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of tools and construction is a plus. Reliable transportation and work ethic
  • Follow safety rules (OSHA standards)
