Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of production procedures and quality standards
• Understanding of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare machines for production by setting up and adjusting controls, feeding raw materials, and ensuring proper operation throughout the production cycle.
• Continuously monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and producing quality products. Make minor adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and repairing machinery as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
