ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journal entries in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and intercompany balances.
• Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare tax returns, submissions, and ensure compliance with local statutory
• requirements (e.g., wages tax, GST, SST, labor insurance income tax, etc.).
• Analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

Terms and Conditions:

• Two (2) year contract renewable (renewed contract would be for 2 years) with 3 months probationary
• Forty-eight (48) hour work week. 26 days a month, rest days on Sunday Work is on site
• Employees who have completed 11 months of service will be entitled to one month of paid leave in the 12th month of their contract, and again on the 24th month with round trip air tickets provided
• Food, Stay and flight provided and paid for.
