SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• 5 years experience in international restaurants in KSA
• Able to manage employees, follow up on inventory, solve customer related problems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
• Assign and delegate tasks to team members based on staffing levels and operational needs.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to workplace policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing concerns or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Handle cash management duties such as opening/closing registers, balancing cash
• Train and support new employees to maintain consistent service and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with management regarding shift coverage, scheduling adjustments, and operational updates.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Uphold company values by promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
• Certificate of Employment
• PEOS and EREG
