Qualifications:

• Applicants must provide COEs or training certificates
• Applicants must have pleasing personality,.

Responsibilities:

• Washing, peeling, cutting, and seasoning fruits and vegetables; preparing ingredients for meals according to standard recipes and portion control.
• Assisting senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of various menu items and dishes.
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, including tasks such as receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen, as well as ensuring surfaces, equipment, and storage containers are properly sanitized.
• Monitoring stock movement, discarding expired food, and ensuring that all food is stored and maintained properly to reduce waste.
• Providing assistance to other chefs and kitchen staff, preparing mise en place (ingredients and equipment needed for a dish
