Project Manager (Mechanical)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. 10-15 years experience as Project Manager executing EPC projects (Pipelines/Petrochemical / Refinery/ Oil & Gas Plants)
• Experienced with Oil & Gas refinery shutdown. Certified PMP / RMP.
• Must have Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Aramco Projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Well versed in Primavera (latest edition) and able to comprehend, analyze, modify the schedule based on project progress in Engineering/Procurement/Construction/ Pre-commisioning / Comissioning using tools with the software.
• Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of multi disciplinary engineering principles and able to comprehend beforehand all technical agreement of the project
• Computer Literate.
• Must possess a valid light vehicle driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Shall have strong track record experience in project management field related to refining and petrochemical industries with specialty in Petrochemicals Including working in the capacity of as Project Manager in design, construction, precommissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation with values ranging from $500MM to $billi
• Must have a mastery understanding of international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.
• Must have Engineering Design & Const. phase experience with a thorough knowledge of engineering practices & economic principles in the applicable International Codes, Standards & Specifications, Standard International Codes of piping & coating
• Must have have a mastery understanding of contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings and specifications), project execution plan, interface management, change management, construction sequencing, standards specifications.
• Proficient in project schedule to support Department Manager in timely completion of projects. Must have have a dynamic attitude towards project improvements and savings.
• Must be flexible to work in multinational team and able to adapt different work locations including remote areas as needed. Responsible for all day to day matters of the projects & should be able to lead project team of different disciplines. Liaison with Client/ Consultant.
• Inspection of agencies and coordination with other departments of the company for smooth execution of the projects
• Capability to manage and train of multinational work force using training tools on a regular basis.
• Able to communicate technically with clients both orally and written communication
