SUPERVISOR STORE

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all store operations including receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Implement efficient material handling, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks to storekeepers and warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain proper segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with HSE standards.
• Ensure storage facilities and equipment are maintained in safe and operational condition.
• Oversee the tagging, coding, and traceability of materials, spares, and consumables.
• Prepare reports on material movement, shortages, and stock status for management review.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, quality procedures, and ISO standards.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
