STORE KEEPER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify materials and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Organize and maintain storage facilities, ensuring materials are properly labeled, tagged, and stored.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, deliveries, and returns.
• Ensure material preservation, storage, and handling are done per oil & gas standards.
• Prepare inventory reports and highlight shortages, surpluses, or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material replenishment.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security of the warehouse/store area.
• Assist in material reconciliation during shutdowns, commissioning, and project closeout.
