Rolling Mill Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Applicants should have a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in a Steel-Making & Rolling Mill manufacturing company.
• Engineering degree preferably Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the industry
• Ability to think in complex and ever-changing situations.
• Ability to work well under pressure within timeframes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Providing engineering advice & front-line technical support to Rolling Mill Mechanical maintenance team
• Conduct and assessment of mechanical failure & issues and suggest suitable countermeasures
• Conduct & help assess continuous improvement initiatives for the rolling mill
