We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects from start to finish. The right person will plan, organize, and manage construction work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work with contractors, workers, and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you have good leadership skills and experience in construction, we want to hear from you.
Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential construction or renovations in Brisbane or similar markets, with strong knowledge of local regulations, industry practices, and market conditions
- Use Procore, Buildots, Togal.Al, and Microsoft Project for planning, reporting, and documentation
- Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and digital project tools
- Trade background or current building license preferred
- Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic)
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential, commercial, and civil construction projects across Brisbane from initiation to completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and compliance with local regulations and building codes
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery
- Interpret drawings, develop tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues quickly, and ensure safety and performance standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and teams; manage expectations and provide regular updates
