IT SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Previous experience in Helpdesk or IT support role
• Familiarity with active directory and ticketing system
• Knowledge of ITIL or ITIL Certification
• Good English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• First-level support for user issues related to IT equipment, software, networks, printer, and email
• Handling and tracking tickets in the ticketing system
• Rapid identification and resolution of hardware and software issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary
• Managing user access rights (Active Directory, email systems)
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment (notebooks, desktops, mobile devices, printers)
• Onboarding new users, preparing, and distributing devices
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation of resolved issues and support processes
• Communicating with users verbally and in writing
