MECHANICAL IN CHARGE

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of a project, facility, or team.
• This typically involves leading a team of engineers and technicians, managing mechanical systems, ensuring maintenance and repairs, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of operations.
• Leadership and Management: Leading and supervising a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Project Management: Managing mechanical engineering projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, execution, and quality control.
• Technical Expertise: Providing technical guidance and oversight on mechanical design, construction, maintenance, and repairs.
• System Maintenance and Operations: Ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, including HVAC, machinery, and other equipment.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations in all mechanical-related activities.
• Budget and Resource Management: Managing budgets, procurement of materials, and allocation of resources for mechanical projects and operations.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution
