FISH CLEANER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience is required.
  • Can speak and understand English Language

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning: Removing scales, skin, bones, and internal organs from fish.
  • Gutting: Removing the internal organs of the fish.
  • Filleting: Separating the flesh from the bones.
  • Maintaining Hygiene: Ensuring the work area is clean and sanitary, and that fish are handled properly to prevent contamination.
  • Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Sorting and Packing: Sorting fish by size and type, and packing them for distribution or sale.
  • Operating Equipment: Using tools like knives, scales, and potentially machinery for processing
  • Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring that tools and equipment are in good working order.
  • Assisting with Other Tasks: This may include unloading fish from boats, stocking supplies, or other duties as needed. Observing Fish: Monitoring the quality of fish
