Mechanical Procurement

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must have an experience working in Saudi at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement plans for mechanical equipment, spare parts, tools, and services.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to understand technical requirements.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for mechanical systems and components (e.g., pumps, valves, HVAC units, piping, compressors, etc.).
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and update approved vendor lists.
• Conduct vendor audits to assess capabilities and compliance with specifications.
• Analyze supplier quotations for technical accuracy and compliance with required standards (ASME, ASTM, API, etc.).
• Work with mechanical engineers to review submittals and specifications.
• Issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), evaluate bids, and prepare comparative statements.
• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely order processing and accuracy.
• Monitor order fulfillment and expedite delivery when necessary.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms with vendors.
• Ensure procurement is within budget and support cost reduction initiatives
