GRADER OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating a motor grader to level and smooth surfaces, primarily in construction, roadwork, or land grading projects.
• They ensure precision in grading tasks, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety standards.
• The core function is maneuvering the grader to spread and level materials like gravel, stone, and dirt to create desired grades and surfaces.
• Ensuring that the graded surfaces meet specific project requirements, including freeway construction, road building, and airport preparation.
• Conducting pre- and post-operation checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the grader to ensure its optimal functioning.
• Mixing and handling various earth materials during the grading process.
• Working under the direction of supervisors or site managers, following instructions and meeting project deadlines.
• Junior operators often focus on learning equipment operation and basic tasks, while senior operators may handle more complex projects, mentor others, and oversee site operations.
• May include assisting with other construction tasks, attending safety meetings, and reporting any issues to superiors
