QC INSPECTOR – MRI PIPING

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years work experience
• Oil and gas field experience is a must.
• Ex aramco approved candidates will be the 1st priority
• Experience in quality control, with a focus on PWHT

Responsibilities:

• Has Knowledge Of Saep 385( Piping, Equip, Steel, etc.)
• For piping systems is responsible for verifying that all materials, fabrication, and installations meet specified codes, standards, and project requirements.
• This includes conducting inspections at various stages of the process, from material receipt to final installation, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Overseeing the fabrication process, including welding, ensuring adherence to approved procedures, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), and welder qualifications.
• Verifying proper installation of piping systems, including support structures, alignment, and dimensional accuracy, in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining detailed inspection records, generating reports on non-conformances, and tracking the resolution of identified issues.
• Collaborating with other teams, such as welding, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), and construction, to ensure seamless inspection processes.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards (e.g., ASME, API), and project-specific requirements.
• Significant experience in piping inspection, including material receiving, fabrication, welding, and installation, is crucial
