Architectural Designer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ related experience
  • Must excel in developing innovative architectural designs for projects, starting from the initial concept and continuing through the preparation of construction drawings.
  • This includes ensuring that client requirements are met and that the design adheres to architectural and engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare initial designs and architectural drawings using modern design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Develop creative ideas and transform them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure design quality and integration with other disciplines.
  • Prepare and deliver professional project presentations to clients.
  • Review regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and local and international standards.
  • Oversee the design phases through to execution, ensuring that site work aligns with the approved drawings.
  • Propose appropriate materials and finishes based on the project type and budget.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
