Flexible Pipe Technology is a leading provider of non-metallic and metallic Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) in Saudi Arabia. We’re looking for skilled RTP Machine Operators to join our growing team!

Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) Machine Operator

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years of experience operating RTP manufacturing machines.
  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent; a Technical or Vocational Certificate in Machine Operation, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Must be knowledgeable in machine setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Familiar with production processes involving thermoplastics (e.g., PE, PA, PVDF) and reinforcement layers (e.g., aramid, glass fiber, steel wires).
  • With a good level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, production sheets, and operating manuals.
  • Proficient in monitoring machine parameters, pressure/temperature controls, and adjusting machine settings.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, tensile testers).
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in a manufacturing setup.
  • Capable of troubleshooting minor mechanical and process issues during production.
  • Operate machinery for the extrusion and assembly of RTP pipes.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues as they arise.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Record production data and complete necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
