Qualifications
- Prefer applicants with some experience in teaching and training careers.
- 3+ years experience in management, operations and sales.
- 2+ Years retail home appliance, home electronics, or home technology experience mandatory Computer literate.
- Degree or other qualification in sales, marketing, economics, business or related field.
- Certificate in computer studies for data entry, accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing and/or 2+ years in retail sales or retail sales management experience required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good financial analysis/analytical skills Strong relationship building skills and flexible style
- Proactive, high energy, self-motivated, an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Train and mentor showroom staff to present attractive floor displays
