Qualifications

• Prefer applicants with some experience in teaching and training careers.
• 3+ years experience in management, operations and sales.
• 2+ Years retail home appliance, home electronics, or home technology experience mandatory Computer literate.
• Degree or other qualification in sales, marketing, economics, business or related field.
• Certificate in computer studies for data entry, accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing and/or 2+ years in retail sales or retail sales management experience required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good financial analysis/analytical skills Strong relationship building skills and flexible style
• Proactive, high energy, self-motivated, an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations and staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Train and mentor showroom staff to present attractive floor displays
