Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Track productivity to ensure daily goals are met or exceeded.
- Project a professional appearance and interface with clients accordingly.
- Submit daily reports and job cost information to the main office
- Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods, equipment.
- Ensure all on site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, document
- Broad knowledge of all types of concrete installations and massive earthwork operations.
- Coordinate with area managers and site manager for day to day construction activities at site
- Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation and co-ordinate site related inspections with site sub-contractors
