Mechanical Technician / Piping Technician

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Can communicate and understands English

Responsibilities:

  •  Communication Skills + MS Skills Spool fabrication, fit-up, and installation as per isometric drawings and P&IDs.
  • Knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, TIG) for SS/CS joint preparation. Experience in hydrotesting and pneumatic pressure testing
  • Torquing bolts and verifying tolerances as per OEM specs. Connecting piping systems to equipment (inlet/outlet), ensuring stress-free
    installation. Isometric drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, P&IDs, equipment layout plans.
  • Pipe routing and secure support/clamping installation. Testing for leaks and ensuring clean, pressure-tight plastic systems.
  • Alignment and installation of pumps, compressors, motors, blowers, gearboxes, skids, and other rotating/static equipment.
  • Base preparation, grouting, and use of dial indicators or laser align

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
