MATERIAL CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in material control, warehouse, or logistics operations within construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
• At least a high school graduate
• With valid TESDA NC II Certificate
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and material handling procedures
• Ability to review schedules and forecast material requirements
• Good documentation and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Expedite material flow between departments to ensure project requirements are met
• Review project schedules to determine material requirements and timelines
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving material shortages
• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage and verify that materials meet specifications
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issuance, and stock levels
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams regarding material availability
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss
• Prepare reports related to inventory status and material tracking
• Support compliance with company procedures and quality standards
