Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree om civil engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of construction materials, supply chain, and inventory systems
• 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g. WMS)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed

Responsibilities:

• Overseas the daily operations of the construction warehouse
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming construction materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using (specify system if applicable, e.g. ERP or WMS)
• Coordinate material deliveries to multiple job sites
• Ensure efficient layout and space utilization in the warehouse
• Implement and monitor safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards
• Supervise warehouse staff and manage shift schedules
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Manage the maintenance and operation of warehouse tools and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)
