Service Department Manager

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service standards, system and protocols based on local and international standards
• Ensure all restaurants adhered to company service standards at all times
• Train and Coach Restaurant Managers on service standards and protocols
• Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Service, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other concerned departments to ensure company’s service system and other service channels are up to trend
• Develop tools and equipment that will improve service standard implementation
