Quality Management System Manager

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the company’s QMS, including policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g.,
  HACCP, ISO)
• Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training to employees on quality standards, food safety practices, and QMS procedures
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to food quality, safety and customer satisfaction
• Investigate and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure consistent quality
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to food quality and service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain accurate records related to quality management activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions
• Work with various departments, including operations, production, and amrketing, to improve quality and efficiency
