Field Industrial / Production Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting kitchen equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and safety
• Implementing and enforcing quality control measure such as temperature checks, sanitation procedures, and ensuring products meet standards
• Establishing and enforcing safety protocols in the kitchen, including food safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and equipment safety
• Planning and coordinating production schedules,, managing inventory, and ensuring timely completion of orders
• Supervising and training restaurant staff and Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow
• Identifying areas for improvement, developing new production methods, and staying up-to-date with industry trends
