RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Willing to take IELTS or PTE (English Proficiency test)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company procedures and food safety standards.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and proper equipment functionality.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description
• Employment certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
