GROUP IT ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge in security (Antivirus & Firewall), Network, Windows & Linux System, but also be able to manage Google Workspace, domain
    registrar, JIRA platform and other platforms like AWS.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for users within the assigned group.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of servers, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Implementing and maintaining security measures, including firewalls and antivirus software.
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Performing regular backups and implementing disaster recovery solutions.
  • Providing basic IT training to users on new hardware, software, and security procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of system configurations, network setups, and user accounts.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Keeping abreast of new technologies and best practices in IT administration.
