Punching Machine CNC

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • 2+ years in CNC punching or sheet metal fabrication.
  • High school diploma or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise

Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation:
    • Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC punching machines.
    • Load/unload materials (e.g., sheet metal) and adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, tooling).
    • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Quality Control:
    • Inspect finished products for defects using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
    • Ensure compliance with technical drawings and tolerances.
    • Report deviations to supervisors.
  • Maintenance & Safety:
    • Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication).
    • Replace worn tools and dies as needed.
    • Adhere to safety protocols (PPE, hazard reporting).
  • Documentation:
    • Record production data (output, scrap rates).
    • Maintain logs of tool changes and maintenance.
