RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including job portals, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Interview tools and HR software systems.
• Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CHRA, CHRM, CHRP, SHRM) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Department Heads and Managers to assess and anticipate staffing needs across the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Source candidates through accredited and approved job portals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize job offers and facilitate onboarding procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Stay current with labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and relevant employment legislation.
• Uphold employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
