Human Resources Consultant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of human resource consultancy experience.
• Budget management experience is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to details.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all situations.
• Experience working in a developing country is a plus.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the management team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Managing the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborating with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
• Analyzing trends in compensation and benefits; proposing competitive base and incentive remunerations to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Creating learning and development initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
• Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
