Qualifications:

• Proficiency in architectural software
• Strong creative and visual thinking
• Excellent communication, project management and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Develop design concepts and architectural plans using CAD and other design tools.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with design and quality standards.
• Adjust designs as needed based on feedback or site conditions.
• Stay updated on trends, materials, and best practices in architecture
