HOTEL RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
- Should have TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates in Front Office Services.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations.
- Must have the ability to maintain professional standards under pressure.
- Must be competent in checking guests in & out efficiently, handling all necessary paperwork & payments.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities & local attractions.
- Must possess a strong proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, able to handle customers’ concerns effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent command of English communication, both verbal & written skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Efficiently process check-ins, verifying guest information and payment details.
- Assign rooms and issue keys, providing necessary information about hotel services and facilities.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
