Telecom Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Telecom Supervisor in Telecom Networking (Fiber + Copper).
• Strong knowledge in fiber optic and copper networking (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
• Very Good Experiences in CCTV and Access Control System Design/Installation and Configuration
• Ability to create new designs and edit existing drawings for telecom and security systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for site visits and project supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic and copper networks.
• Lead and coordinate site activities for telecom infrastructure projects.
• Design and configure CCTV and access control systems, ensuring high security and functionality standards.
• Create new system designs and update/edit existing telecom and security system drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
