Crusher Operator

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a crusher operator and has a deep understanding of machinery and safety protocols
• Underground mine service and support workers perform a range of duties related to the operation of orepasses, chutes and conveyor systems, the construction and support of underground structures, passages and roadways, and the supply of materials and supplies to support underground mining.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery, including crushers, conveyors, and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor equipment and systems to ensure proper operation and performance
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
• Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Record and report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, and production data
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including cleaning and general maintenance of the plant and equipment

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
