Spare Parts Manager

Qualifications

  • Male applicants are preferred for this job
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Having worked for a professional or corporate organization will be an added advantage, but we also don’t want to deny the opportunity a possible good candidate that may not have worked for a corporate institute.
  • Fluency in English writing and reading
  • Good knowledge in computer / Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and systems, including engine components, transmission systems, electrical systems, and body parts

Responsibilities

  • Caterpiallar, Hitachi, Volvo, Komatsu, etc). We represent DEVELON Machines
  • Used Engine Oil Lab Supervisor for Oil Condition Monitoring (preferably a chemist background), (a person that has worked for the lab in companies like Monark Caterpillar, SGS, Intertek
  • Overseeing the entire spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, managing supplier relationships, and providing efficient customer service by accurately identifying and supplying the correct automotive parts.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of all spare parts, identifying and addressing potential shortages or overstocking issues.
  • Supervise and train parts counter staff, ensuring they are proficient in identifying parts, utilizing the parts system, and providing excellent customer service.
