Job Vacancy: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking individuals who worked as Inventory Controller with a proven track record in the food sector only, particularly those who have experience dealing with dry, dairy, paper, fruits, vegetables and frozen food items.
Quality Assurance Specialist
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and industry best practices.
- Experience conducting audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Experience in the KSA food & beverage industry is a significant advantage but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs, procedures, and standards applicable to food production, handling, and service across all our brands.
- Establish and maintain robust monitoring systems to proactively identify and address potential quality issues.
- Ensure that all protocols are aligned with local and international food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Plan and conduct regular inspections and audits of our restaurants, coffee shops, and roastery to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to address non-conformances.
- Document audit findings, track corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Work closely with production teams, including chefs, baristas, and roasters, to ensure they are trained on and adhere to quality assurance procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to production teams in implementing quality control measures.
- Participate in recipe development and menu planning to ensure quality and consistency across all brands.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and ingredients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in food safety and quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities to improve our quality assurance processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and audit results.
