Room Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Must be a Vocational/ NC2 Certificate holder in Technical Courses; Others or similar fields
  • Must be updated with the latest technology regarding Audio and Visual equipment.
  • At least 1 year and above experience as Maintenance Technician or related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Audio/Visual Maintenance: Ensures the proper repair and maintenance of audio and visual equipment, meeting departmental standards.
  • Guest Queries: Handles guest requests related to audio and visual equipment professionally, including last-minute needs.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Prepares daily utility log and fuel stock reports, and communicates critical observations and material needs to superiors.
  • Exceptional Service: Ensures all employees deliver the brand promise and provide outstanding guest service at all times.
