FIELD TRAINING INSTRUCTOR & SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Education in Business Management

Responsibilities:

• Work towards improving the knowledge and skills of all employees of the State Great Department Store and implementing and enforcing service standards.
• Improve current service standards by comparing them with international shopping mall standards.
• Must be proactive in coming up with new ideas and initiatives.
• Check out the results of the latest project.
