Shift Work Director – Lead Hospitality Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, especially in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English and the common language of the workforce).
• Proactive problem-solver with a long-term operational perspective.
• Medically fit to conduct frequent site visits.
• Experienced in implementing housekeeping programs to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide employees to ensure efficient and high-quality housekeeping services.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping programs in line with company and client standards.
• Ensure compliance with client’s work specifications and operational standards.
• Conduct frequent site visits and inspections to assess performance and resolve issues.
• Address operational challenges and resolve staff-related concerns professionally.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain exceptional service quality.
• Ensure effective communication in English and the common language of the team.
• Handle customer concerns tactfully and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
