Light Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• With critical thinking and methodological approach
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English language skills
• Basic knowledge of AV solutions, 1 year experience
• Proactive thinking and the ability to take the initiative when needed
• A reliable go-to-person with great time management skills
• Experience & knowledge using at least one of the following designing programs:
  • GrandMA3
  • AutoCAD
  • GrandMA2 ultra light

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install lighting equipment, including spotlights, stage lights, and special effects lights.
• Program light boards or control systems to create specific lighting effects, cues, and transitions based on the event’s schedule.
• Diagnosing technical issues remotely
• Set up and configure lighting software to control various lighting systems.
• Operate the lighting systems live, adjusting light levels, color, movement, and focus during the event to match the performance’s timing and atmosphere.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting on technical projects
• Doing technical designs, drafting, and venues layout
