Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• 1–3 years of kitchen experience
• Experience working in fine dining, luxury hotels, or catering is an advantage
• Ability to work under senior chefs, including Chef de Partie and Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients, assisting senior chefs, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Play a key role in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and executing basic cooking tasks under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
• Assist in chopping, slicing, marinating, and cooking ingredients as per recipe standards.
• Prepare basic soups, sauces, garnishes, and accompaniments.
• Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
• Support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
