Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Proficient knife skills and the ability to prepare a variety of food items efficiently
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and hygiene standards

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
• Wash, chop, and cut fruit, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients as required
• Assist with food preparation for the day’s service, ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and identify items that need restocking
• Plate meal items under the supervision of the Chef de Partie, ensuring they meet presentation standards and are ready for service.

• Valid Passport

• Employment Certificate
