Guest House Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Guest House Manager or Hotel Manager
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the guest house.
• Manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest relations.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
