SUPERVISOR INSTRUMENTATION

Qualifications

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of industrial instrumentation equipment within a facility
• Ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety standards, by planning, scheduling, and supervising a team of technicians while also troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with other departments to maintain production efficiency key duties include developing maintenance strategies, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation of all instrumentation activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all instrumentation equipment, including scheduling routine inspections, calibrations, and repairs.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced electricians.
• Address any conflicts or problems within the team.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex instrumentation issues, coordinating with engineers or vendors as needed to resolve malfunctions.
• Oversee the calibration process for all instrumentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts for instrumentation, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
• Provide technical support for new instrumentation installations and upgrades, including project planning, installation oversight, and commissioning.
