Cargo Reservations & Customer Service Executive
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as Cargo Reservations Agent in an international airline, GSSA, consolidator or freight forwarder
- Preferably with IATA Basic Cargo training
- Proficient in the English language both oral and written
- Team player, pro-active, self motivated and enthusiastic individual
- Proven ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels
Responsibilities:
- Handles Cargo Reservations and Planning
- Prepares air cargo bookings and plan accordingly based on revenue and capacity
- Coordinate with Inside Sales or sales manager regarding prioritization of bookings –
- Answer calls and enquiries in a consistently courteous and efficient manner
- Proactively offer solutions to all internal and external customers
- Maintain good relationship with cargo agents (customers), GSA staff, ground handling agents and airline principals
- Provide timely and quality service to issues raised by every customer to avoid complaints
- Pro-actively send emails to customers for any shipment delays or service failures
- Ensure to provides customers with up to date products, pertinent tariff rates, flight schedules, promotions and services of represent
