Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years working experience

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes, including special meals
  • Remove hazards and ensure the kitchen and equipment are safe
  • Controlling food stock and costs, and ordering supplies
  • Perform daily and weekly tasks like temperature checks, food labeling, and storage
  • Chop, slice, pound, mash, boil, steam, julienne, stew, sauté, deep-fry, and bake
  • Ensure cooking equipment is in working order and clean and restock it
  • Ensure food meets quality standards and is presented proper
  • Keep the work area clean, hygienic, and tidy

Requirements:
