Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline or undergraduate of any Engineering courses for at least 4th year
• Experience in machine shop or any related industry related to aerospace and defense is a great advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Train, coach employees, and ensure they follow safety guidelines and company rules and regulations.
• Plan, monitor, and improve production processes, and ensure production targets are met.
• Ensure equipment is safe to use, and schedule maintenance are completed as required.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, and ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Identify and recommend ways to reduce process costs, and prepare/recommend much efficient process flow.
• Assign jobs, prepare schedules, and monitor manufacturing progress.
• Communicate job expectations, target completion, and collaborate with other
  departments.
• Directly reporting to plant manager.
• Responsible for monitoring and updating production staff skill requirements through regular evaluation
• Recommend skill improvement for qualified/potential production staff through training.
• Responsible for production assignment and schedule.
